• Email Address
• Phone Number (when you are ready)
• Minimum Square Footage
• Minimum Bedrooms
• Minimum Bathrooms
• Geographical area (if you know Tucson)
•  Maximum Price
• Preferred Single or Two Story

I can then tailor a search to your needs. I can additionally narrow searches to gated communities, homes with a great rooms, 2 or 3 car garage, tiled roof, etc. More criteria means fewer homes. So consider needs vs want. I can set up multiple searches with a variety of criteria to increase possibilities.

What is not in the MLS to search for are things like, good community, large kitchen, large bedroom closets, granite counter tops, beige carpeting, no cats, etc. Generally pictures will reveal things like the kitchen and other visible amenities.
