Why Canada Hills Golf Community?

IMG_1377Located in the heart of beautiful Oro Valley is the established community of Canada Hills. This community covers nearly a square mile from Lambert to Naranja, and La Canada to Cholla. Picture 007If you have ever thought of buying property on a golf course, Tucson has extraordinary golf communities to meet the real estate needs of every golf enthusiasts. With over 30 public to private golf courses just in the Tucson, there are more than enough to go around. Go a little further south and you’ll find even more homes in Green Valley, and historical Tubac.

For private courses at the high end of the scale there’s always Stone Canyon, The Gallery, Dos Lagos at Dove Mountain, Tucson National, Ventana Canyon, Whaleback Ridge Estates, Skyline Country Club, and Tohono Ridge along the Starr Pass golf course.

Heritage Highlands Adult Golf Community

 

IMG_0680Located minutes north/northwest of down town Tucson at the foot of the Tortolita Mountains lies Heritage Highlands. This community is part of the greater community of Dove Mountain.

What Everybody Ought To Know About Tucson’s Newest Golf Community

IMG_0490Palisades At The Pines will be holding a Grand Opening on Saturday, June 2, 2007. Located next to The Pines Golf Course and Golf Club, this is a truly unique community.

Homes will range from 2114 square feet up to 3012 square feet. I have been watching this community prepare for several months as I would pass by on the golf course. North of Tucson, its easy to jump on the freeway and head out to Phoenix, Casa Grande or even San Diego. Minutes from downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona, and Raytheon this is an ideal community located within the township of Marana.
