Arizona National Golf Course
November 30th, 2007 categories: Tucson Golf Courses
Arizona National Golf Course is one of Tucson’s finer mountain courses. Designed by Robert Trent Jones in 1995. The Arizona National Course has seen young University of Arizona Golfers named Lorena Ochoa, Natalie Gulbis, and Rory Sabatini. Other famous UofA alumni are Annika Sorenstam and Jim Furyk. While playing this course you may have the pleasure of meeting up and coming players who will fill your TV screen with the magical control of that beloved golf ball. Gracing the foothills of the Catalina mountains Arizona National offers scenic views of the valley below, the mountains above and the beauty of desert vegetation surrounding the course. The majestic panoramic views will entice you to return.
The challenge starts with the first hole. A 393 yard par 4 with fairway bunker 269 yards from the tee. As you land just left of the bunker, leaving you with a nine iron shot for a 126 yard shot to the two tier green to be on in two. Your perfect distance for your nine iron. Having landed 4 feet from the hole. You one putt to start your day with your first birdie. You confidence is high, the view is spectacular, what more could you ask for?

Tucson Real Estate - December 2007 Feature Home
November 27th, 2007 categories: Tucson Golf Community, Tucson Real Estate
If looking for a luxury home under $1 million on a golf course, you need look no further. I have seen homes well into the millions that do not even compare to this home.
Located northeast of Tucson is Sabino Springs gated golf community. I had the pleasure a previewing a few luxury homes in Sabino Springs for a client. Of the three I previewed, the other two were so so…yawn. Then came West Coronado
Vistas. The owner, fellow Realtor at Tierra Antigua and custom home builder Ken Hobbs, has done an exceptional job with this luxurious home. Pulling up to the home you get the feel that it is very nice, structurally appealing, but not significantly superior to its neighbors. As a hot rodder from the 60’s and 70’s I had a fondness for sleepers. Beautiful shiny cars with attractive clean lines outside and a lot more offered under the hood than the outside reveals. This seemingly quiet looking home is a sleeper.

My wife and youngest son like to send me all kinds of messages. Some I read, some I don’t. I took the sixty seconds to watch this one. It was worth it. I was struck by the beautiful scenes and the words that say it all. The Interview With God. Click preview presentation and enjoy.

Everything Canadian Home Buyers Want To Know About Tucson Real Estate
November 25th, 2007 categories: Tucson Real Estate
With a name like Trudeau would you be surprised if I told you I am the grandson of a Canadian immigrant who spoke only French when he and his brother arrived in America? As a youth I
bore the Canadian flag on nearly everything. Trips from Seattle to Vancouver, British Columbia were routine. I still carry $5 bill in my wallet for good luck, and cherish the lapel pin of the Canadian flag given to me as I crossed the border into BC on my last trip.
I am seeing and hearing about more and more Canadian buyers looking to buy a home in Tucson, Arizona. With winter coming on in the north, I can imagine that more and more Canadians will be looking for comfort in the Sonoran desert where blizzards are something you only see on television. So, what does Tucson have to offer?
