Why Canada Hills Golf Community?
Located in the heart of beautiful Oro Valley is the established community of Canada Hills. This community covers nearly a square mile from Lambert to Naranja, and La Canada to Cholla. When I first started in Real Estate seven years ago, nearly all my sales were in this community. I have sold several since. What makes Canada Hills such a great community?
First is the location of this community in relation to its surroundings. To the east are the majestic Santa Catalina Mountains. Because of Canada Hills geographical relation to the mountains west and north 
sides, it is not unusual to see snow on the mountain during the winter. To the west are the beautiful and colorful Arizona sunsets. Need groceries? Your within walking distance to grocery store. Need a hardware store? Home Depot is within a few minutes.
Want to sit and drink a Starbucks? Swing by on your way back from Office Max. Don’t forget to get your pet food at Pets Mart. Need to take the kids to the library? Just up the street on the corner of Naranja and La Canada. Mailing packages? The Post Office is a short mile up the road to La Canada and Tangerine.
The schools in the area are great for children. One of my clients were looking for a school district to handle special needs. The schools Amphitheater School District was more than accommodating not only for special needs, but for the needs their academically advanced children as well. They received everything in on location.
Oro Valley is the Scottsdale of Tucson. This is a highly desired area which has consistently out sold other parts of Tucson metro. Add to it the convenience of the Hilton El Con Quistador Country Club, beautiful mountain views, great fairway views, and superb sunsets, what more do you need? The homes in Canada Hills range from a few town homes to a variety of single family homes. Some with pool, some without. Some are two story, some are single. Smaller home under 1400 square feet to homes over 2500 square feet. A clean well maintained community with a lot to offer anyone looking for a great community. For baby boomers, this is a great place to retire and enjoy life. See something you like in the search, let me know.
